With 3 months to go till the wedding, Bridget and I were having trouble waiting so we decided to go spend the weekend at Disney World and relax for a couple days. We booked a Savannah-view room which is well worth the extra expense if you've never done it before.
To relax on the balcony with some spicy hummus and pita and white wine as you watch the sun set over the grazing giraffes is quite relaxing. Also, the resort is littered with out of the way nooks where you can sit and relax and read or just escape from the mad-house that usually reigns in a Disney resort.
We ate at Jiko one night and had a spectacular filet while Bridget had an amazing Chilean bass.
